It is no secret that we tend to judge the quality or rather the effectiveness of skin care products based on their prices
. And that is when we choose to discredit cheap skin care products as we believe that they are not effective enough without even the least bit of proof. But is that really the way to look at it?
Before you go and decide think about what makes a good product. And my answer to that is; natural or organic, safe and effective ingredients, the combination of ingredients to work in synergy.
There is nothing wrong with being concerned about the price of cheap skin products.
However, it does not mean they are not effective, quite the opposite in most skin care brands actually. Let me remind you again that it is the ingredients that matter not the label or fancy packaging.
I often find that products that are expensive belong to the famous skin care companies. Then think of it this way; they know they have your loyalty at any price they want to call and so why not charge high prices and get more profit?
And have you ever stopped to think that those celebrities endorsing the products in adverts need to get paid? So what you have are high prices for covering the promotion expenses.
Plus if you were to thoroughly think about it you will find out that the famous skin care brands we use are more of a fashion statement and status thing rather than effectiveness.
This whole thing is confusing too. Those things we need not buy at a high price we always insist they are a rip off and so we go for the lower price that is of poor quality. And when effective cheap skin care products are put before us we also find it suspicious.
