Amanda, a friend of mine living with her 2 years old daughter in Yorkshire recently purchased a bed of wooden make from a popular website last month
. She thought that this piece of furniture will increase the beauty of the interior of her apartment apart from being a comfortable bed. But she was wrong. Her joint of that bed were making a unpleasant noise in the night when she used to sleep on it.

She contacted the customer care of that popular website stating the issue and asked for help. They assured her with their words and disconnected the call. She says, after about 15 days of my complaint, I received an email asking for appointment for their persons to take back the bed.
She again contacted the Customer Care and they said that it will take another 7 days to get the same new wooden bed. Although she got her bed in their promised time but that online popular furniture selling website lost her faith. Amanda says, i am not going to make any purchase from that so called popular website. How do they satisfy their customers? If they have this poor quality of products then how can they keep on selling it on internet?
