Parents always take their infants to the fast food restaurant to consume and this make their children become obese. The purpose of this post is to show to parent why you should help their son to reduce weight and remove fat from their son body. Here i will discuss the advices. 1.Eat vegetables. Children must eat lot of vegetables for their growth. Eating vegetables such as carrot can improve their sight, broccoli can help them to memorise, salad can help to boost their metabolism and tomatoes will make their skin smooth and softer. Children do not like to eat vegetables so you as the parent must make sure that they eat because it gives benefit and advantages for them. There are various ways that can use to make sure that your children eat vegetable by boil it or combine with chocolate. Vegetables also help your children body don't dehydrate because children are active. 2.Eat Fruit. Fruits also are crucial for the children that need overweight problem. Fruit contains vitamin A, vitamin B and Vitamin D that help to build up strengthen bone for children. There are many fruits that useful and goods for children such as banana, orange, apple, kiwi and a lot of more. You can also make your children eat this by combine it with vegetables and make salad or your cut it into small pieces. 3.Drink plain water. Be sure that your children always drink 5 glasses of water. This helps their body not tired easily. Drinking plain water also can improve their metabolism.
