Everyone is allowed to join these camps, and you do not have to be in good shape to attend. This is because these usually make sure everyone feels comfortable with the highest level at which they can perform, so no one gets left out. Should you join a boot camp for exercise and fitness, expect to do push-ups, stretches, sit-ups, strength workouts with weighted bars, military style drills, medicine balls, dumbbells, running drills, circuit training, and also obstacle courses.
