Are You Tired Of Having A Flabby Belly?
For us women out there who have had babies, it can be frustrating to our bodies
. The once flat belly we were proud to show off, no longer exists and is not very attractive anymore. Are you tired of having a flabby belly? I know I was!
After I gave birth to my son, my abs were no longer a physical feature I was proud of. I used to walk around with my bell ring and short shirts and I felt sexy and confident. After birth, my I still looked like I was pregnant. Sound familiar? I am a single mom, how am I supposed to meet a guy, if I look pregnant! I spent a few months doing sit ups, working out and exercising but I seen no improvement so I gave up. First of all, it is hard to find the time to work out and secondly after three months of exercising I still looked the same and lost my motivation in hopes for a flatter stomach.
I then stumbled upon an e-book that had very different tips and methods than I was used to. I was weary at first, but thought hey, why not try it. It ca not hurt. Four months later, I great belly fat weight loss and I no longer look pregnant. Before I even made a purchase I got to view a free information filled video which I appreciated. I was so excited to lose that extra weight I even wore a bikini to the beach! This was something I thought I would never do again, and would never be comfortable wearing.
If you are like me, and having trouble losing abdominal fat, do not give up and do not be ashamed. We are mom, and darn good moms, who gave birth and have a real good excuse.
