There are many different shortcuts that you are probably taking that you do not even realize you take. Avoid those shortcuts and let your body work a little more than it is used to.
Then, you should also make slight changes in your dietary habits. You do not want to treat eating as a way to fill you up when you are hungry but rather as a way to refuel your body.
Eat small consistent meals throughout the day instead of large inconsistent meals. Take the time to prepare these meals ahead of time so that you are not tempted to eat more than you should.
By taking these few steps you will be much better equipped to start managing your weight loss goals. You'll be on your way to living a healthier and happier lifestyle.
