Abs Are Created In The Kitchen

n order to get a Beachbody with nice abs, you must realize the importance of diet.


Right now, grab a piece of paper and write:

Abs are built in the kitchen!

Now hang it on your refrigerator.

# Building a lean physique is most importantly decided in the morning. Eating a big breakfast every single morning is key into keeping your muscle while losing fat.

Aim for 5-10 egg whites, wheat toast, and a serving of fruit. preferably oranges or blueberries.

The best way to measure this is the amount that fits into the palm of your hand.

Save the rest for a snack later on.

Do this every day from here on out first and foremost.

# Next, you are going to need to get some supplements if you do not already have them.

# You are going to drink two protein shakes a day. Once IMMEDIATELY after your workout.

If you DO NOT workout that day, drink that as an extra snack anytime in the day.(except after 8 P.M,eat nothing except for 14 almonds(100 calories worth serving) if needed. Or 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese.

The second one comes before bed..Every single night.

# How to make every shake very quickly, easy cleanup, and tastes great. (I prefer chocolate flavored protein)

-Purchase an effective shaker cup(one with the mixing ball inside)

- fill the cup about half way with cold water(cold water because your body must heat it hence your metabolism rising) make sure it is very cold!

-Put 1 ice cube in there to mix better and chill liquid faster

- two scoops of protein powder(40-60 grams)

- 1 teaspoon of L-Glutamine powder

- half teaspoon of Concrete Creatine(Optional) I find this works very well

Shake until blended and enjoy! Thats much better than messing with a blenderif you dont already know!

# As a general guideline, you will need to split your meals up so that you are eating consistently every 2-3 hours.

You must get approx. a gram and 1/2 of protein for every pound that you weigh.

Keep your diet sensible, and keep out fast food obviously, along with other low protein high carb foods.

However, if the food has a high protein content, you can eat it. Starving yourself to disgusting foods wll not only throw your diet off,

but your motivation for your goal will start to fail.

-Eat food you enjoy, but make sure the protein is higher!

# Now that your diet and supplement diet is set up for you to get that beach body, lets look at your supplements you will need to take and when you will need to take them each dayand why.

# The supplements you will need to take will highly determine your success in this program your start.

Before you workout:

-300 mg(usually one pill) grape seed extract

-2 scoops of muscletech nano vapor mixed with 8 ounces of water

-1 multi vitamin

-The grape seed extract works well with the nano vapor in that the nano vapor opens up the blood canals allowing for more blood flow full of your nutrients to the muscle you will be working.

-The grape seed will then be transported as antioxidants to drastically reduce muscle hurting free radicals when breaking your muscles down while weight training.

-Plus, this blood flow increase will fill your muscles with blood and you will appear more vascular and veiny while working out.

# Now to post workout.

day 3- back, abs, legs(all 3-4 sets of 10-15)

day 4 off

day 5- repeat any previous day of your choice(go from 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps for all exercises that day)

day 6- any cardio(basketball, running, jump rope, etc for 40 minutes)

day 7- off

Repeat(choice day can be what you feel needs most work, or you wish to improve most for your build)
