I've always been quite a big guy and I've struggled with my weight for quite a while. Not so long ago I got pretty depressed with trying every diet under the sun and not having much luck. A friend of mine told me about something called the 7 day belly blast diet; he said he had some success with it so I decided to give it a try.
I wasn't particularly confident and wasn't expecting a great deal from it despite a friend of mine having some success with it. The premise of the material was quite original, unlike a lot of other weight loss books that I had read that talked about strict diets and harsh training regimes, it was more about avoiding certain foods and which foods are good for weight loss.
I've got to admit there is a lot of material in it but it's quite interesting stuff and I kind of enjoyed reading a lot of it. The main idea is eating the right foods and not worrying so much about counting calories or spending hours in the gym, this is ideal for me because I'm useless at sticking to training programs!
Overall the material is good, it's very original and it's probably the first diet program I've come across that is interesting and doesn't require you to starve yourself. With that being said It's actually worked really well for me, I've only been following it for a month so far but I've lost around eight pounds which I'm more than happy with.
