I was very lucky, I lost all the weight I gained and more. As a matter of fact, I was skinnier than I was than before the pregnancy. But years later I have other weight gain problems.

I was very fortunate. Most women gain weight after pregnancy. It is difficult to lose the weight. What can someone do in this situation? There are 2 after pregnancy diets you can try. But it is always good to stay within healthy boundaries. If you try different diet pills you could put yourself in danger. No matter what type of diet pill you try, there are normally side effects. It doesn't matter if they are herbal diet pills or not. The carb blockers, appetite suppressants, energy boosters all of them have side effects. Some of these include stroke, heart attack and sometimes death. Also, these pills can often be passed onto your child during breast feeding. And, going on starvation diets can only slow down your metabolism making it even harder to lose weight.

The first diet, isn't really a diet. You eat what you want but you stop eating at 3 pm. You will lose weight! This gives your body enough time to digest the food you eat. Unfortunately, I am a night eater and I couldn't stay on this one.

The second one consists of eating 5-6 times a day. You eat smaller meals of lean meats, vegetables, fruits and whole grains. Because you eat constantly, you gain more energy and your metabolism increases. You can eat healthy snacks like carrots and hummus. You can use salsa, low in calories and yummy! There are a lot of options of things you can eat and you can eat until 10 at night. The exercise can be done while watching TV!
