First of all by eating regularly throughout the day it will dramatically speed up the metabolism by constantly giving the body fuel; therefore the body no longer has to worry about food shortages so it can continuously burn of fat throughout the day without having to try and store it. When food is in abundance the body dose not store much fat however if you have not eaten in a while when you eat the body will get to work on storing far more fat then usual. I'm shore plenty of you are guilty of thinking. Oh I've been feeling hungry for a long time now; I must be burning off some calories. Then go of and eat thinking great I earned this or even worse, think you deserve a treat and have fast food or bigger portions and store more fat. Instead you could have been eating plenty of meals throughout that period.
doesn't it seem strange that we obsess over our body's and when we find fault we can become very negative about things in general. We say to ourselves things such as I am fat, ugly and asserting what you see as a fact that you cannot lose weight or saying to yourself there's no way I can do that. Thoughts of not being good enough, thinking and feeling people may be looking at you and laugh or talk amongst themselves about the way you look. It's incredible how easy it is to turn it into far bigger deal then it actually is.
Once you get into the habit of thinking negative thoughts, you begin to think these thoughts without even knowing it, it happens at a subconscious level after all the negative thoughts that you have repeated to yourself. The subconscious mind does not distinguish between fact and fiction, the good news is you can convince your subconscious mind that you can do any think you want. You know when you set out to do something that you can achieve whatever it may be without exception and you can enter any social situation with the upmost confidence. All of this can become reality by simply training your subconscious mind to hold these as facts however this is a secondary benefit. After all, this is not why you brought this book; you want to know about weight loss. There is an unorthodox way that can aid your weight loss in a small way.
