Time and again our customers come up with different uses for their yoga mats
. Clearly a yoga mat is just meant for yoga but we have to admit some of these alternative uses are so creative it does make us wonder. So, in time honoured tradition, we have come up with 3 almighty, spectacular and in no particular order - different uses for our yoga mat products:
1.Hallway runner. Lets be honest, you wouldn"t use an ekotex mat for the hallway. But what is ideal is using one of our dhurry yoga mats. What could be better than walking through the door, taking your shoes and feeling your mat under your feet. What is even more ideal is that hallways are normally nice, long and flat areas so what is there to stop you from getting down and doing a bit of yoga whenever it takes your fancy. Maybe a quick yoga downward dog on your mat to stretch yourself out before you hit the shops. Or what about a trikonasana when you get in from work from a busy day at the office
2.Playroom. Your children have to play somewhere so why don"t you make it extra safe for them and cover the floor yoga mats. You know that when your precious little one falls over and bangs his head on the floor it will land on 4 millimetres of ekotex graded yoga mat to cushion his fall. Its not cotton wool but it will help to dampen the blow and if you buy a box of yoga mats it is quite easy to cover the floor completely
3.Bolster. Why bother buying yourself a bolster to sit on. You can quite simply roll up your mat and place it under your bottom to give you that extra bit of support. Make life comfortable for yourself on the floor while watching the television, reading a book or a whole bunch of other things like doing your nails. While you are at it why not consider doing a few stretches to make sure your mat is actually used for its proper purpose.
