Moderation has to be applied in all things, especially in certain forms of fruit. For example, dried fruit is very sweet and has had most of the fiber removed, and it's possible to eat too much especially when it comes to grapes or raisins. Fruit juice is pretty much all taste and calories, with all the fiber removed, and should e taken out of your fridge and thrown away.
