I am only 23 and my husband is 26. We have a 4 year old child so; I know we aren't completely incapable of having children. Some couples go through this evil thing called secondary infertility when they struggle to conceive a second child and even having a child previously does not rule out a fertility issue now.

And also as you already know, you cannot purchase drugs legally without a prescription from your doctor and things like herbal and "natural" remedies are not regulated and if taken incorrectly can mess up your cycle. Be sure to take a prenatal vitamin if you are not already doing so . . . and a multi-vitamin for your husband wouldn't hurt.
