, and my answer can sometimes surprise people, and they would give me the startled look.
It is like many other questions. What are the best ways to get promoted? What is the best way to make money? What is the best way to be a good cook?--and so on.
Even though there are really no secrets regarding the best ways of losing weight I would describe those best ways to lose weight. But some people in their attempts to lose weight exercise the following characteristics: overlooking the objective, underestimated laziness, ignorance, time management issues, not focusing, and inconsistency.
I will give you rules that if you follow them you will definitely have an advantage and become more effective in losing weight and to keep it off for a very, very long time.
Here are my Best Ways to Lose Weight
Have a plan
Don't just do it randomly, but have a methodical weight loss plan so you can start with a baseline and change and modify whenever it is needed.
Follow the Plan
Yes, it is as simple as that. Stick to your plan for the prescribed duration, and see what kind of results you are having,if any.
If there are no satisfactory results, is it because of the plan or is it because of you, and because we subconsciously like to blame other things on others. And we do not like to careful and honest.
Be Consistent
Dont follow the plan for one week, and then skip three or four days. Be consistent with your workouts, eating guidelines, sleeping patterns, and so on.
Time Management
Many women have both job and family responsibilities, and it can be very challenging to follow your weight loss plan. But if you can manage time for two workouts then so be it.
I tell my clients if it is not possible to work out for 45-60 minutes at one setting, then divide it into three or two sessions, and try to complete the one hour session.
The above guidelines will build you a strong foundation, and as a Mom or a career woman you need to arm yourself with every tool you can utilize in order for you to accomplish what you are after, and that is losing weight and looking good.
