The first Weight Loss tip I would suggest is to be prepared to put the effort in to lose weight. A diet is only going to work if you are prepared to follow it. Cutting out snacks and junk food is not easy at the beginning. Once you follow your diet for a while junk food will not even cross your mind, because you will see the weight loss benefits of not eating junk food and your body will also feel better by following a healthy diet.

The next Weight Loss tip is to realise that healthy food can be nice food too. People have this image of thin healthy people eating rabbit food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is far from the truth; a normal healthy breakfast could be scrambled or boiled eggs.

A suggested lunch could be chicken salad and a suggested dinner salmon with sweet potatoes. The thing you want to make sure when preparing meals is that the food is fresh, natural and low in fat. The diet I follow is high in protein to give me the energy and recovery I need for my workout sessions.

Another Weight Loss tip would be to eat 6 small portions a day instead of 3 large ones. Basically have your breakfast, then 2 hours later have a snack, maybe a handful of nuts or a diet bar. This keeps the metabolism going. Your metabolism works best when it is breaking down small amounts of food, so if you eat small amounts regularly your metabolism will keep going.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it does get your metabolism going straight away. I like to have coffee every morning first thing with my breakfast and also 2 fat burning tablets. This really sets my metabolism up for the day and is a great weight loss tip.

By following a healthy diet you will begin to feel more energetic, vibrant and full of life. The fatty processed foods we eat can slow us down and our body finds them hard to break down so we feel tired and lethargic.

If you are on a healthy diet and are also going to the gym you will find your body has more natural energy and you will have a more positive approach to your workouts. Remember if you work hard in the gym but have a terrible diet you will plateau very quickly and you will stop seeing results from your gym work.

Weight loss will happen differently for everybody, some people will lose weight around there face first, others will lose weight on there stomach. The key thing to remember is as long as you stick to a healthy diet and a good workout routine you will lose weight.
