6. Lose weight with pills. While these pills claim to get rid of unwanted pounds, still, nothing beats the effectiveness of exercise and proper diet. Plus, these pills can have serious side effects. Better stick with the natural way for a healthy weight loss.

7. Religiously go to gym. A good 30 to 60-minute moderate exercise everyday is already good enough for most people. Physical exercise need not to be backbreaking. Simple jogging or walking around the neighborhood or at the nearby park every morning will do the job.
