Then down the list comes the food, again considered to be a very important part of the bells ringing. Great music, beautiful dcor will fall down to nothing if the food is not up to the mark.
The secret of success here is 'Don't experiment'; it means do not go around thinking hiring food caterers who are not very reputable, or very cheap. Yes, finances are a major concern but they should not be implemented at a cost of practically ruining the party. An easier option would be to select a couple of good but economical caterers and try working out the deal with them.
Menu should be lavishly but not too heavy on the stomach. Several courses are not too wise economically and it also adds up to the food that is simply thrown away. A nice traditional dish with rice or bread and some tasty dessert to finish up with of course the three tier cake in the end makes a wonderful end to a lovely party.
Lighting, photography and dcor again come down the list. Especially in dcor you can find you can use plenty of recycled material. Hit the garage and you'll find fairy lights, old potted plants, Christmas decorations and maybe even the set of fancy vases you thought you'll never use!
Order fresh flowers, and have them delivered a couple of hours before you plan to put them up. Put them around the entrance and drape them plenty around the stage where the couple to be married are going to sit.
Don't forgot to get the D.J with a wide variety of music and songs and also make sure that you organize your seating area in a way that sufficient floor is left for dancing.
