Ways To Make Your Community A Better And More Beautiful Place
With all of the riots that have been happening in the last few months and Con-Dem
cuts that have divided the whole country, it would seem we do not have much to be happy about. In fact, we have far more to celebrate than ever.
For example, initiatives are now in place to protect you and your environment from as much further damage as possible, meaning that we have the best possible chance of a good, clean and beautiful community to enjoy even while we are counting the pennies. These arent just government-back incentives and measures, but technological too!
Gum removal equipment and anti graffiti paint have both also been revamped and made into more efficient cleaners.
Here are a few ways to keep your community clean and protect the environment. After all, money might not grow on trees, but we depend on them for our very survival.
Get an app for it: Theres an app for that was one of the most heard things in 2010 and that is not set to change at all in 2011. The apps are getting even more sophisticated and clever. For example, the IPhone 4 now has Graffiti Spray Can 2 which allows you to daub your artwork on a digital background. You do get to also experience the whole process of the graffiti spray. For example, the app also allows you to shake the spray can and choose what kind of thickness etc you wish to apply to your spray paint. A much better idea than going out on the street causing the government to fork out on anti graffiti paint each year.
Volunteer Recently, a group of volunteers completely cleaned up the previously dirty and rubbish strewn Wardle River in London. The river had accumulated an incredible amount of refuse over the years and a childrens bicycle was even pulled from it. If you see a river or field that needs a good clean, why not roll your sleeves up and get some friends together? It beats chewing gum removal.
Go back to school not literally, but the three Rs are very important in environmental change and must be learnt. No not THOSE three Rs, but recycle, reuse and reduce. You might not think your contribution helps in the grand scheme of things, but if everyone thought that, nothing would ever be achieved! What are you waiting for; make it your belated new years resolution.
