1. Decide that you will learn what it takes to attract a woman. The moment that you decide to change your results with women, things begin to change. You have to get off of the fence and begin to learn how a woman is attracted to a man and how you can BECOME that kind of guy.
2. Begin to approach women. Even if you are not looking to get a phone number right away, just becoming comfortable with being able to spot a woman and walk up to her is a BIG step towards breaking the old pattern. You have to become the kind of guy that NEVER shies away from a beautiful woman.
3. Focus your attention on HER. Instead of focusing on how you feel (nervousness, awkward, etc.), begin to focus on the woman instead. This will help to get you out of your own mind and into hers. You have to be able to understand what a woman wants from a man, IF you want to be able to build attraction with HER.
4. Take the PRESSURE off of yourself. A lot men will crumble when it comes to the pressures of being able to attract beautiful women. If you can lighten the pressure that you feel, your will begin to see much better results in all of YOUR interactions with women.
