I know you might not like the idea of eating only vegetables or mostly vegetables, but it's important. In fact, there are certain factors that should steer you towards eating vegetables. For example, if you don't, then there's every possibility that you can suffer from a high blood pressure or the risk of a coronary attack. The early men made it a habit to always divide meat with other clan members. Meat based occasions such, as Thanksgiving is merely a continuation of something that has been in existence for while. I lived in the DC area and had never eaten in an Indian restaurant, but found one through friends who dragged me along to join them for lunch. If you think that being a vegetarian would mean that you will miss out on eating variety of meals, then you are wrong. The array of vegetables and fruits in the market today makes it almost easy to become a vegetarian. As a vegetarian, you will have a variety of choices to select from. A vegetarian has as much fun if not more than a meat eating person. So, don't let anyone convince you otherwise using this lame excuse.
It's truly a lot better to be a vegetarian than not. The advantages far outweigh the inconvenience. Meat eaters give their digestive system more work than it ought to do.
