An ectopic pregnancy occurs when the fertilised egg implants outside the cavity of the womb, usually in the fallopian tube. As the pregnancy grows, the fallopian tube stretches causing pain. If not treated fast enough, the tube could burst, causing internal bleeding, leading to collapsing and even death.symptoms may be severe abdominal pain sometimes on one side.Diarrhoea,with pain when going to the toilet.
Fainting, or feeling dizzy or light headed.
Tell your doctor if you are worried a scan will determine any problem The fallopian tube is removed if an ectopic pregnancy is diagnosed the baby will not develop and the pregnancy will end as the fallopian tube is removed. One tube is left behind so you may find it harder to conceive again.
3. To have Gestational diabetes usually begins in the second half of pregnancy, and goes away after your baby is born.During pregnancy, various hormones block the usual action of insulin. This helps to make sure your growing baby gets enough sugar. Your body needs to produce more insulin to cope with these changes. Gestational diabetes develops when your body can't meet the extra insulin demands of the pregnancy.Symptoms although mums feel these during pregnancy anyway but if you are wooried your midwife will advice what treatment may be neccessary if you are tested to be diabetic during your pregnancy symptoms include

4.High blood pressure complications if it is very high, a woman will not be aware that it has increased. Blood pressure greater than 140/90mmHg in pregnancy is considered to be raised.midwives monitor apregant mums blood pressure at every antenatal visit.Very hugh blood pressure levels and symptoms may also be accompanied by headaches and the appearance of flashing lights before the eyes.If the woman's condition deteriorates and the foetus is at risk, the only solution is to deliver the baby either by induction of labour or by performing a Caesarean section as the condition pre-eclampsia may have now developed.
5. Pre-eclampsia is a complication of pregnancy you have high blood pressure, protein in the urine, and could develop other problems. The more severe the pre-eclampsia, the greater the risk to both mum and baby. Pre-eclampsia is thought to be due to a problem with the placenta, and so delivering the baby early is the usual treatment. Medication may be given to help prevent complications. A stay in hospiatal may be needed,bed rest,avoid stressful situations.
