What is this with the Ice Cream Diet and that it implies you can eat something like that and lose weight

You'll be able to easily follow along the plans offered for meals, and that will be appreciated by those who don't want to spend more money on special diet meals, etc. You have some choices in your daily meals, as long as you don't go over the number of calories permitted every day. Of course, you are also allowed to eat a portion of ice cream as well. We believe the Ice Cream Diet plan looks quite solid, despite the name, and all anyone has to do is get regular exercise and eat according to their plan.
Like any other kind of diet, if you manage to stick with it you can actually get pretty bored with it. It's a low cal diet, bottom line, no matter that you get to eat ice cream. It's just that people need variety, generally speaking, with their foods and the low cal selection can feel limiting. This can, of course, be a challenge when you are on any diet, but some people prefer more open type of diet plans where they have a wider variety of choices. So really it all boils down to your own personal choices and needs, so just think about that and see how you feel.
It's not for everyone, but the Ice Cream Diet is for a lot of people who don't want the total brutality of dieting. You will need to stay the course with what is suggested for eating, exercising, and then not cheating with the ice cream. If you think you won't have a problem with that, then you should do fine with the Ice Cream Diet.
