These should be available only in optimum amounts. This can achieve by avoiding deeply fried foods, junk foods and non vegetarian foods which are rich in proteins. Fruits can also be a major part of a persons diet since it provides the required minerals and vitamins that are needed for carrying out body metabolisms. This forms a good, healthy diet.
