The inverse pyramid plan calls for dinner to be the smallest meal of the day. Furthermore regarding this dinner meal, many people consume it up to 4 or 5 hours before bedtime. This often leads to the individual then sneaking a snack here and there in between meals and late at night which only adds up in the amount of food that is eaten daily. It is also true that eating food just before bedtime does not help as the person's digestive system still remains too active as opposed to it naturally being almost at rest while the individual sleeps.
To aid in a legit weight loss, fat burning program the notion is that the individual should eat 4 or 5 meals daily, and in small portions. In addition it is highly urged that the individual consume a lot of water 10 to 15, full servings, (10 oz.) daily. Water is thought of as the greatest way in helping the body curb its hunger craving. Water also helps flush bad toxins out of the body's system daily.
The idea would be for the individual not to gorge him/herself when he/she does become hungry with the body craving food. It is best to plan ahead the type of light meals that will not only answer the body's need for food, but also to consume products that do not contain high amounts of bad fat.
