Most women think that the best way to lose weight is dieting. But its not about dieting its about eating right kind of food.

The following weight loss tips for women can help you to attain a suitable weight and makes you look slimmer and attractive.

Tip Number 1:- Start your day with a morning walk. Before going for a walk drink at least 2 3 glasses of luke warm water. You can also include skipping, cycling, running, jogging and cardio exercises in your workout section. If you have kids and dont have time for walking then turn the time with your kids into exercise time for you and play exercise related games.

Tip number 2:- Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It necessary to make it a healthy one. Dont stress yourself by thinking what to eat each morning. Here are some breakfast ideas that you can follow:-

Eat 1 fruit (avoid mangoes, bananas and chikoos) with low fat yogurt or 1 cup tea with 1-2 biscuits or 1 egg and 1-2 slices of small bread or 1 bowl poha or upma or cornflakes with milk or 1 whole grain toast and warm herbal tea (green tea).

Tip number 3:- A lot of people start overeating when they are stressed up as a result they become obese so its important for you to manage your stress by getting a massage or doing yoga.

Tip number 4:- Take small meals throughout the day. A lot of study shows that if you eat usually small 4-5 meals a day, your metabolic rate increases and you tend to reduce weight and maintain a good physical health. Stop eating when you are full. Dont continue to eat just because something tastes good. One thing youve to keep in your mind is that eat only when you are hungry. Also avoid eating junk food and take less intake of sweetened products.

Tip number 5:- Make sure whenever you eat lunch and dinner, always take a balanced diet that includes 2 small chapattis,1 bowl rice,1 bowl vegetable, 1 bowl dal, chicken or fish.

Tip number 6:- Take adequate amount of sleep. If you dont sleep, your metabolic rate slows down and the food dont get digest properly and the body tend to produce more fat and results into weight gain. So make sure that you take at least 7 hours of sleep.

Tip number 7:- When youre choosing fats, make sure that they are healthy. Things like nuts and seeds contains fat and they increase your fat if you eat them excessively. Make sure that you eat them in small proportions. Also include high fiber food in your diet. It contains proteins which is necessary for your body and makes you satisfied for longer.

Tip number 8:- It is necessary that you take dairy products in your diet. Women lose calcium very quickly as compared to men as a result their bones become weak. Moreover they do a lot of work for their family and they have to take sufficient amount of dairy products. It is advisable to drink at least 2 glasses of milk a day.

Tip number 9:- Drink at least 2-3 cups of green tea. It will boost your metabolism and help to burn fat.
