Everyone is so concerned about their own job that they would not think about helping their coworker. What is even more surprising to me is that the companies do not promote this sense of comradery within their employees like the companies of the olden days did. I personally feel that this is a big reason why there are so many corporations in trouble right now.When I made the decision to join a work from home business to make an incomeathome, I figured that I might have someone that would get me started, or I would just have to do it on my own. What I found out was that I would not only have one personal business coach, but would have access to their coach, and theirs and so on. I could ask the questions I needed answered to as many people as it took (which was never more than two so you know). Everyone is there for you to assist and to make sure that I had what I needed to succeed. This is a philosophy that Online Business Systems ( OBS ) has taken on and made a big part of our success. What I found even more amazing was the fact that this TEAM mentality does not only apply to a certain lineage, but throughout the entire organization. This "Family" type of atmosphere is open to anyone willing to become a part of it.
Although this is a big asset in building a business, it alone is not going to make anyone a success. As with any business, there is a lot of work and effort that must be put in.
