Staying Healthy This Holiday Season
I usually focus on the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs required losing weight as staying healthy ideas
. That doesn't preclude me providing some practical advice now and then. Since the holidays are one of the more difficult times, it seemed appropriate to offer a few suggestions that have (usually) guided me safely through this time of year. You will not find a collection of low-fat recipes or traditional diet tips forthwith; I leave those to others who excel in that arena. Instead, I hope these few thoughts and staying healthy ideas triggers inspiration on how to help your diet survive the remainder of the year.
Imagine yourself, living completely pain free, with no aches, pains or stiff jointswith more physical energy than you have ever had before, and no worries of ever being injured again! Always consider physical fitness ideas for your body shape that never fades.
Think about being able to do whatever you want, no matter how physically challenging. Envision yourself performing at the top of your game, no matter what your age, sport, game or hobby. Picture yourself getting in the absolute best shape of your life, with no limits, achieving every single goal that you set out to achieve.
Imagine getting up in the morning with no more stiffness, aches or pains ready to go tackle your day, full on! Think about how great it will be to never have to go to another doctor of physical fitness ideas therapist again because of physical fitness ideas problems.
I have watched people from every single kind of background; history and situation all do the same, ineffective and sometimes dangerous things with their bodies. Whether it was a high-level athlete working to get a scholarship, the weekend warrior racquetball player, self-proclaimed fitness buff or gym rat, the cycle was always the same. Ignore pain and injuries, push through the problems until you cannot take them any longer, and then finally go see the doctor or therapist and get it fixed until insurance runs dry. Rest, repeat and the cycle continues. Did you ever wonder why the same people keep going back to physical therapy for the same problems over and over again! After that many cycles of physical therapy, they should be all better, right?
Further, so many people miss out on training sessions, gain weight, get weaker and feel like crapwhy? Because they are too injured or sore to keep going.
Once I started perfecting my assessment techniques, combining my training and rehab expertise and seeing the incredible results I was getting with people, I knew that I was doing things differently and better than 95% of the field.
People were tired of missing workouts, practices, training sessions and life in general. How could I find a way to fix the flaws and help get people in the best condition of their lives at the same time?
With all the conflicting nutrition info and diet scams out there, it's easy to see why so many people get confused and dont know the answers to these basic questions. All in all staying healthy ideas must always be considered in the top of our choice as part of our physical fitness ideas.
So in order to solve this problem for my clients, I went on a mission. I spent the past 15 years doing massive research and reading volumes of journals, books, and reports and interviewing experts. Instead of following diet trends, I spent my time figuring out what worked long term and what didn't while working with real people.
