Stop spending all of your time on the treadmill or bike. Use free weights, and lift heavy weight for 3-6 reps.

Focus on compound exercises, like the squat, deadlift, bench press, lunge, military press, and pull-up. These exercise help your body increase production of fat burning hormones that also build muscle (but you won't bulk up like a body builder), like HGH.

Avoid eating carbohydrates that are most likely adding to your waist-line. You don't need them and they're nutritionally worthless.

Replace those carbs with healthy fats, lean meats, vegetables, fruit, and nuts. They'll help you stay full and turn your body into a fat burning machine!

Sleep more! This is when your body recovers, eliminates stress, and produces beneficial hormones.

If you implement all of these tips then you will start seeing serious results within a few weeks. If you were to pick only two of these tips, then start lifting heavy weights and stop eating carbs. Those two are so important.
