You can have a fair share of protein like fish, egg, chicken or lean meat along with some rice and salad. Fruits can be consumed in between meals to avoid hunger pangs. Then have a light dinner to end your day with some more protein and steam cooked rice with your favorite vegetables. This would make up your low calorie diet plan!
Doing daily exercise, taking a brisk walk , cycling, jogging, along with a good diet will speed up your weight loss program. To speed up your digestion and your metabolism you should drink a lot of water throughout the day.
