Sexy Thighs Exercises That Will Make Men Turn Their Heads Around
If you are a guy like me the first thing you would notice on a woman are her nice, slim, firm butt and thighs. I can't really help myself in that point and I bet I am not the only one. Of course, different guys have different preferences but if you are to seduce large percentage of guys out there you should start working on your butt and thighs immediately!
The area around thighs and buttocks is the main storage area for body fat. Women are even more affected with this problem and getting rid of the fat can drive them nuts.
So how do you tone buttocks and thighs?
Walking on a treadmill - One of the best ways to tone thighs is to walk on a treadmill backwards! Walking backward directly affects the harmstrings of your thighs which you cannot normally do by walking the regular way. If you add some incline to your treadmill from 5-10 degrees your exercise will get even more effective. You can do this exercise for 20 minutes, 4 times per week.
Resistance training - This will not only tone your muscle but it will also help you to loose the fat that is covering your inner thighs. Don't get to worried that your legs will get bigger from weights. Legs actually get bigger because of the fat and the only way to get rid of it is to build your muscles. Muscles burn fat and you want to get stronger muscles to have less fat. Squats and lunges are a great exercises for buttocks and thighs and you can easily use dumbbells with them.
Climb up the stairs - Climbing the stairs is an excellent exercise for buttocks and thighs. Skip the stairs by two and then march down quickly without using too much energy. If you are a novice don't go crazy the first time out. Stair climbing is more intensive then running because you lift your entire body's weight through the height of the stair with just one leg. The next time you see the elevator, look for the stairs instead.
Whatever you do always remember to stay properly hydrated during the exercise. If you are overweight and looking for a way to also loose some weight while shaping your butt, don't put yourself through strong diets but rather eat regularly and properly. Strong reduction of calories intake will only put your body into starvation mode and you will not get the results you want. Eating regularly fires up your metabolism and you burn calories even faster than normally.
Discipline yourself, workout regularly and try to look at the exercising as the fun part of the day. I am sure that guys will soon enough start turning around to take a look at your new sexy backside.
