Santa Ana Personal Trainer - Fat Loss Made Simple
Most people want to get in great shape, where they are lean, tone, and fit. But, most people don't have a clue as to how to get into amazing shape. There are so many myths and misinformation out there, causing people to struggle with their weight. As a Santa Ana Personal Trainer, I have seen hundreds of people make the same mistakes over and over again. But, I am going to give you some valuable tips on how to burn tons of fat and tone up your entire body.
First thing you must do is start an exercise program. Now, if you have not worked out for a long time or ever, start slow. You should start working out only two days per week for the first two weeks. Then after another two weeks, you will want to exercise three days per week. You will need to keep increasing your workouts until you reach about 6 workouts per week. This will ensure that you incrementally adjust to exercising most of the week. One of the greatest mistakes I see my Santa Ana Personal Training clients make is taking on too much exercise way to early, causing them to burn out. And that is the case with most people. That is why most people fail weight a weight loss program. They get very burnt out simply by doing too much too soon. And people will always avoid pain, while seeking pleasure. As your fitness trainer, I really want you to enjoy a healthy lifestyle of eating right and exercising. This will have you being consistent and making a lifestyle change that will keep you fit and healthy for the rest of your life.
Now, what type of exercising should I do? Great question. Just like I have my Santa Ana Personal Training clients do, you must lift weights. Why? Lifting weights will add more beautiful, sleep muscle to your body, thus skyrocketing your metabolism, allowing you to burn more and more fat. Plus, weight resistance increases your bone density, gives you great shape, and slows down the aging process.
You will want to do whole body workouts based around basic and compound movements, which are movements that work several muscle groups at one time, such as the squats, leg presses, barbell rows, bench presses, and shoulder presses. You will burn more fat for a much longer period of time if you do whole body workouts as opposed to one or two muscle groups per workout. As soon as my Santa Ana Personal Training clients started doing whole body workouts, they began to see their body fat drop much faster.
Now, here is the most critical component to you dropping tons of fat in record time. Your diet. Diet is for most people 80% of the weight loss battle. The first thing you need to do is cut out all processed foods and start eating raw and natural foods. You will want to eat about 1 to 1.5 grams of protein for each pound you weigh from quality protein sources, such as lean red meat, chicken breasts, fish, egg whites, whey protein, and turkey. If you really want to shed mounds of fat fast, you will need to reduce your carbohydrate intake to about 40 to 50 grams, consisting mostly of fibrous vegetables. And just like my Santa Ana Personal Trainer clients, if you do this simple strategy for the next few weeks, you will notice your body becoming tremendously leaner.
