Safety of Women's 'Abuse Excuse' Is the Greater Good Feminazism Uses to 'Divide and Conquer'

Tyrannies take hold in society by promoting a commendable-sounding 'greater good'. It's the state-enforced implementation of that greater good that establishes the tyranny. Feminism-instigated promotion of the safety of women through the 'abuse excuse' is its 'greater good' that legally divides the sexes. It privileges women by denying men their constitutional rights. That's why state-forced feminism is best characterized as feminazism for the tyranny it creates.I use the term 'greater good' because it operationally implies that safety of women should take precedence over the constitutional rights of men - and women too, if necessary. Of course, feminists never admit to that, but simply push for state-enforced judicial rules and procedures that produce just that result. Feminazis always deter from discussing such inconvenient truths; they hide under their propaganda - like their name sake did. *The feminist agenda is operationally defined by the fruits of its implementation:I could speculate about what the feminist agenda is, but all the various feminist factions that claim to what 'end' feminism's agenda should lead would have different opinions. But specifying its agenda is not necessary. What's only necessary is to recognize the denial of fundamental rights accorded to men when confronted with abuse claims against them by women. Pivotal to the implementation of feminist tyranny is the 'abuse excuse' under the safety of women ruse - enacted into U.S. law through the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). Most telling is that 'Women' is expressed here - and not 'Persons' or 'Women and Men'. That's the key. The billions of dollars funded through this Act over the last 10 years or more has help to fund feminist and other women's right organizations to falsely propagandize men as abusers and women as victims. This state-financed propaganda has helped them to pervert the police and prosecutorial process against male defendants that directly violates men's constitutional protection against false accusations. It's packaged for export, too. *The restraining order is only the beginning of the abuse excuse's benefits: Under present feminist jurisprudence, the abuse excuse only requires a woman to say she's 'in fear' of imminent physical harm to a judge from the father of her children at a hearing that's held without the father attending and unaware that it's occurring. Without proof beyond stating she's 'in fear' she'll immediately receive a restraining order (RO) that orders the father out of his home, away from her and his children with no contact for some 10 days or so until an evidentiary hearing can be set up. This 10-day evidentiary hearing is effectively a joke, since no objective evidence is required to continue the RO for perhaps years. The man might not even be allowed to speak. If the man violates the RO in any way - like sending a birthday card to his child - he's in criminal violation of this 'civil order' subject to over 2 years in jail. The woman is virtually never held accountable for perjury even if it's eventually made obvious despite this perverted process. The courts also ignore the enormous benefits that will assuredly accrue to her - from state aid programs and from the benefits of divorce or paternity that it virtually guarantees - as a suspicious motive. When a woman can make unsupported accusations of abuse with punishable perjury ignored and then immediately deprives a man - a father - of his most fundamental rights and sets her up to receive enormous financial and other benefits, you can be assured false accusations will abound. That's human nature; and that's what constitutional protections were put in place to prevent - but not under feminist abuse propaganda and feminist jurisprudence. It claims that 'you must believe women'. And, of course, that implies who shouldn't be believed. That's part of what makes feminist-professed 'equality' a fraud. The feminist-instigated 'abuse excuse' that makes easy elimination of a father from his family at the whim of a mother and triggers massive financial gains and control to her is destroying not only the unalienable rights of fathers but destroying the integrity and importance of the natural family to all its members, destroys its financial security, and destroys the family as a bulwark against governmental intrusion. *Family court implements the divide and conquer strategy: Further injustice to a father and his children occurs when he is brought into the family courts under complaints for divorce overwhelmingly filed by women. This court follows no constitutional due process and no the maxims of law. It overwhelmingly denies a fit father his parental rights - and thereby his children- and extorts money from him under the euphemism of child support for up to 23 years for the mother to use in any way she wishes.No feminist 'equal opportunity or equal outcome' is pushed for or enforced in family court for fit parents. That's not part of the 'agenda'. The court illegally uses the 'best interest of the child' to ignore a fit father and award physical custody to the mother overwhelmingly. Despite no fault divorce, mothers always suggest that the fathers are abusive in some way - however meaningless. The court goes along with what they say. But if there's any worry, the 'abuse excuse' can always be levied on the father to keep him away. *The fruit of feminism:Safety of women's abuse excuse is not about safety which real jurisprudence can handle. It's a way - a tyrannical way - to transform society. It's creating a woman-centered family with the elimination of fathers and their rights to their children. It makes government the husband of these woman-centered families, and makes fathers virtually slaves to supply money without the benefits of parental rights and self-determination. It harms children and family while destroying fathers and freedom. Women's safety is just an excuse - a propagandized and phony excuse. It's an essential part of the Feminist Fraud.
