After talking about them as individual, talk about them as a couple. Your focus would definitely be on the bride, but the groom is now one with the bride, isn't he? You can talk about how they complement each other or how similar/different they are.

Keep the best lines for the last. This would make your speech end at the crest and it would be a memorable one. End your speech with your best wishes for the couple and a hearty toast.
