Our Own Arms Cradles Baby
The most common word we associate with infant is angel
. Yes, They are lovely little angels sent from above as a blessing to every parents who asked for them. They are little angels that after how many months in the womb of their mommy is now ready to face the world.
Holding a baby is not easy. You have to be very careful not to break those little toes and arms. You have to make it so sure that you will never ever let the baby fall from your very arms. It is because, these little ones are fragile.
Thinking that you were once a baby and how you became a mother right now will make your mind ponder about how great is your mom to raise you to what you are now. And it would also make you think how you are going to raise your child to be like you. Then, the best answer to that would be to ask your mom how she made it. She's the perfect person to ask in this matter.
The grandmother of your child is the best teacher in this aspect. Like for example, do you still remember how you face those smelling poop from your baby? You probably ask your mother to help you out in cleaning your baby's butt. And you then learned how to face things like these while realizing how grateful you are to have a mom like that.
What I like most about babies is there soft skin. Yes, those little ones have the greatest skin ever. Wish I also have that even though I'm growing older everyday. That's why if ever I touch a baby's skin, I just then smile and told myself that once I also have that kind of softness in my skin.
The second thing I like about babies is their sweet breath. Yes, they have this sweet smelling breath that even though morning comes after how many hours of night sleep, they still have this adorable breath. Wish I also possess this one.
Whatever these little angels do, it seems like they always get our attention. When they cry, it also makes our hearts cry because we cannot take to watch them crying. When they laugh or smile at us, we also smile back and laugh at them. That's how they changed our lives!
When I will be going to be a mom someday, I will surely give my very best to take good care of my blessing from above. I will be the one who will carry her all around. I will take good care of her and raise her like what my parents did to me. Because as what they always say, a mother's touch cradles baby better than anything else.
