First of all we need to get your metabolism going faster. The faster it goes the more calories you will burn. The quickest way to boost your metabolism is exercise and loads of it. The best exercise is aerobics where you can get you heart rate going. You can do fast walking or running but you need to do a lot of it. Doing aerobics also has an extra bonus of having your body burn calories for a few hour and you have stop the activity.

When doing aerobics exercises you will need to drink plenty of water. Water has lots of benefits, it keep you hydrated, focus and alert. If you drink it frequently enough you will also note that you wont snack as much between meals. Your body will also hold less of it if you are constantly topping your water supplies up.

Moving onto your eating patterns. Did you know that the way you eat will dictate how your body store fat. If you don't eat much each day or have a sudden drop in calorie intake your body will quickly react to this by having you metabolism go slower. But if you regularly eat 4-5 meals a day your body will burn those calories off and with exercise it will burn more. So just remember that the old wife tale of " eating less means losing weight" is just absolute rubbish because our bodies are not design to work with out food.
