I am not a fitness expert and I will never be one. What Im sharing is something that worked and still works for me all this time. The first thing I want you to consider is not food, not exercise, and not drugs. Want fast weight loss? Get sleep. I work in graveyard shifts and the normal sleep time does not apply to me, right? Wrong. After a nine-hour stay in the office I go home and get that 8 10 hours of sleep. I learned that sleep deprivation causes metabolic imbalances short for slow calorie and fat burning process. So after my 10-hour sleep, I feel ready and fresh for another day at work and every weekend, a trip for myself with the help of limo services Toronto-based chauffeurs.

Next I tend to reduce the pressure and stress from my job, relationships, and things that come in between. I said I love my sleeping habits, right? Well, I can only clear my mind when I reduce the stress intake of my cognitive ability that you also possess. To combat stress, I do a mastered 15-minute meditation before sleeping. Fourthly, I reduce my beer, sodas, coffee, and other carbonated beverages. Thats just logical. Experts had always been emphasized the harsh effects of carbonated drinks to the human body. Please, dont argue anymore. Every weekend, I indulge in one to two beers. There are occasions where I get so wasted and those moments are just fine friends. Indulge and be human, will you? Life is all about celebrating. However, put limitations. Watch out for your health without sacrificing a drinking spree with your families and friends. After a day of drunkenness, get sober with veggies and natural juices. Dont be too paranoid, you are still losing weight.

Lastly, I exercise daily. I go to the gym on Mondays, Wednesday, and Saturdays. For the remaining days, I just humbly walk. I always think of motivations like how to surprise my girlfriend, my future in-laws (God help me!), how I currently look like, my dream car, etc. I dont get bored and Im getting the best exercise all-in-one. Mind you, that is not stressful. Since stress is manageable, it is a choice.
