It might tell you to do it and do it right or it can tell you that's it's to hard and there's no point in doing it. That's why you have to always break that pessimistic barrier. Start with the small things like waking up early and saying no to that choclate bar. From a mole hill, you can build a mountain of positive mindset.
You've probably met people who tend to eat alot and yet never gain weight. That's because they have high metabolic rates. When i was losing weight, the weight loss program i followed was very focused in increasing metabolism.

Also it is important to always use the simplest methods of cooking food and also always cut of any fats of meat whenever possible. This way, you are getting the best nutrients in its most raw form. Your fourth factor to losing 10 pounds is to lose it by exercising. Yes that's right it's time to get your buttocks off the chair and go out for a brisk walk. Just 30 minutes of light walking a day can make a big difference in your energy levels and your metabolic rates. It is very important that you keep yourself active to increase your metabolic rate which will enable you to eat more and still be able to maintain your weight. Like i've said, it's really easy. just 30 minutes of brisk walking in the morning and later when you've made it a habit, move on to jogging and also increasing the time you spend doing exercise. In just a month, you will feel the difference in energy levels and alertness you have. This will also motivate to go further in trying to lose weight.
Your sixth factor to loseing 10 pounds is to do something i believe you will enjoy. And that is sleeping! The more you sleep, the more it helps to maintaining an optimal level of your body functions. It's even better to sleep at a regular interval, that is to sleep a regular number of hours and at a set time. I normally sleep 7 hours a day from 10pm to 5 am. Plus the other 4 factors that i practice help me get real quality sleep where i just knock out at night and wake up with a leap of energy in the morning. My 7 hours of quality sleep make me more alert and more active in the day time. This helps me get more activity so i burn more calories during the day.
