Mlm Home Business - Pyramid Scheme Or Some Illegal Thing?
In today's MLM Home Business industry you hear of many different views on the
various businesses, the services and products that they promote and of course the MLM Home Business world as a whole. There are some whom relate to the MLM Home Business as some kind of pyramid thing or pyramid schemes as others might call it. The fact is that most people whom call it one of those pyramid schemes or things are really not informed or educated perhaps about the company structure or pay plan.The fact that a MLM Home Business has a multi level pay structure does not necessarily make it a pyramid at all. In fact the opposite could be accurate. If you look at the corporate structure of most conventional building and parking lot business models that the majority of the people work in, they are in truth operating in a pyramid style pay structure.
Many typical small businesses and corporations have a President/CEO on the peak of the pay scale who generally makes quite a bit larger salary than all the others in the business. Then there are generally a coupleof Vice Presidents that make less than the CEO/President but a lot more than their sub-ordinates below them. Then you have the higher level Supervisors that take care of different parts of the company and they of course make even less money than the Vice Presidents but more than the Assistant Managers. Then you go to even more Assistant Supervisors or Department Heads that help the Managers and makget even less money but still make greater pay than their fellow workers below them. And then you have the many workers in sales, support staff, production and so on whom all make less than all the help above them.
If you see it for what it truly is you will notice a pyramid pay plan. The guys at the top make the majority of the pay and the ones at the bottom that do the majority of the work make the least amount.
The Vice President doesn't make a higher amount than the President above him. The Managers don't get more than the Vice Presidents that are above them. The Assistant Supervisors don't get more than the Supervisors above them and so on down the line to the people at the bottom of the pay structure bringing in the least amount of pay.
In an MLM Home Business pay plan you can quite literally make more money than anyone that entered the company before you and the people above you if you work hard at it. It wont matter if youre at the top or the bottom you will make as much as the effort you put forth. There are some variables but generally speaking the plan was created more towards ptomoting activity and not entry point. It is quite common to see a person whom just got started make more in a relatively short time than the person above them whombrought them into their MLM Home Business opportunity. The harder you work the more money you can make.
