When applying mineral water on for the skin care, you need to know that carbonated mineral water, before becoming a cosmetic product, must draw for 30-40 minutes in an open vessel. 1. Mineral water face washing. If you wash your face with mineral water every day, you may forget about skin dryness and peeling.

Take mint or birch leaves for dry and normal skin. Draw the herbal infusion in a closed container for 20-30 minutes, then strain it. Keep lotion in the fridge, but not longer than for 5 days. 4. Useful spray. Many cosmetic companies produce sprays with thermal water. If you irrigate your face with such a spray during the day, your makeup will hold on much better. Small sprays produce a skin micro massage and perfectly moisturize it. Irrigation with ordinary mineral water has the same effect on the skin. Pour the mineral water in a bottle with a nozzle-spray and moist your face with water dust whenever you want. This is especially useful during the heating season. Hot batteries make the indoor air very dry, so that the skin loses moisture rapidly.
5. Mineral water masks
- The mask with mineral water for oily, spongy, prone to inflammation skin. Thistle is a powdered seaweed (can be purchased at the pharmacy). Rinse it with mineral water to the gruel consistency and apply on your face. When the mask dries, wash it away with mineral water.
- Yolk-oil nourishing mask for dry and normal skin. Dissolve 1 egg yolk with a teaspoon of vegetable oil and 0.5 teaspoons of mineral water. Put the mixture on your face with a cotton swab. After 3-5 minutes, apply another layer, and after 20 minutes, rinse it with an ice tea solution.
- If you suffer from exfoliate and brittle fingernails, a regular mineral baths will cure and strengthen them. Dip your fingers into a container with "a very salty" mineral water for 10 minutes. Then, to confirm the mineral water effect, cover them with a nail polish base composed of calcium (the one that is applied under the nail finish).
