,000 apartments under its latest brand, the Eco Village - II. This happened in just days, just after a complete sell out of the earlier Eco Village -I in the National Capital Region, says Pallavee Dhaundiyal Panthry as she comes visiting
Based on the concept of zero carbon emission to provide an eco-friendly habitat, Supertechs Eco Village-I, claims to have sold all its units (5800) in just two months time. The project is coming up in Noida Extension. The response from buyers, as per R K Arora, managing director, Supertech, was so overwhelming that
Supertech, had to launch Eco Village - II last month. They launched the second project at the rate of Rs 1,825 sq ft and from this month they have revised the prices with a little increase.
According to Arora, In just 60 days of the launch, Supertech sold 600 units of the Eco Village-I project, which reflects the trust of our customers in us and we hope to take this trust forward and fulfill our commitment to deliver 2000 units of phase 1 in 15 months of time. Many of those who have booked houses at Eco Village-I feel that it was a good time to reap the benefit as no builder offering affordable and quality homes starting Rs 10 lakh in close vicinity like Noida Extension.
Bhoomi Poojan for the Eco Village-1 was performed, recently. Like any business organizations, this developer was also seen attached with the commercialization gimmick. The Bhoomi Poojan evening witnessed people from the bollywood industry, including, actress Udita Goswami, dance girl Shefali Zeriwala, singer Vinod Rathore and comedian Sudesh Lahiri. There were various performances on Bollywood tracks by Udita, Shefali and Vinod Rathore followed by a humorous performance by Sudesh Lahiri.
Eco Village-I is a residential project, spread over an area of 50 acres, having 5800 units. The project comprises of one, two, three and four BHK apartments, are of which ranges between 550 square feet to 2275 square feet. Boast to have a combination of high as well as low rise apartments, this project will offer amenities like swimming pool, health club, medical center, Ayurvedic massage centre, badminton court, tennis court, amphitheatre, clubs and shopping complex. The projects, sounds quite unlikely though, promised to have 82 per cent beautifully landscaped area, ample parking lots and artistically designed vaastu-friendly apartments.
Eco Village-II will be also constructed on the same lines and aims to complete all its three phases in 40 months from the date of Bhoomi Poojan, which according to Arora will take half months. The Eco-Village-II will have 10,000 units in total comprising of one, two, three and
four BHK apartments with area ranging between 550 sq ft and 2,275 sq ft.
In Eco Village-II we have sold 4,000 units so far. Our main focus now will be on timely delivery of flats. We have marked a name in delivering projects within set time-frames because of which buyers approach us in abundance. said Arora.
