Processed food is next on the list right after sugar. They contain lots of sugar as well and harmful substances that make it difficult for your body to burn fat. It all comes down on how your liver is working. Your liver is responsible for breaking down fats and filtering harmful chemicals. That means too much chemical from processed food can cause difficulty for your liver to break down fats.

Do not be shocked when I tell you that fats are good for the body. I'm talking about the right type of fats that helps your body burn fat. There are good fats and there are bad fats. Try to stay away from the wrong type of fat because they make it almost impossible for your body to burn fat.

You can get good fat from eating butter, whole eggs, olive oil, and most nuts. Almost all fruits and veggies too are rich in substances that can help you burn fat very fast and effectively. In the meantime, avoid trans fats that are found in packaged foods and most processed foods as well. They are the bad fats that will make losing weight very hard for you.

Along with getting rid of sugar, processed foods and bad fats and eating the right food, you should exercise regularly for your entire well-being. If you notice, losing weight is not that difficult at all and there is no need for you to cut back on your favorite foods; only on your enemies: sugar, processed foods and bad fat.
