Luckily, there are some real easy and "sweet" ways around keeping your sweet tooth by opting for different nut butters:
1. Almond Butter.
Looking for something sweet after dinner perhaps? Try Almond Butter with apple sauce! Go all the way and sprinkle some cinnamon on top...
2. Almond or Walnut Butter on fresh fruit.
I love this one! A close friend loves this so I gave it a try as well the other day.
While Im on this one, you could also mix Walnut Butter in oatmeal! Add some honey for extra sweetness if you like.
3. Cashew Butter.
This one goes well with celery sticks. You could add some raisins for a little extra sweet taste.
4. Nut and Apple Butter.
Because Im always on the go, this works very well for me. I usually have this on toasted bread. Either have two slices of bread - one with a spoon full of Nut Butter and the other with Apple Butter, or, make a sandwich with both!
