Milk and milk related products including milk sweets, cheese, butter, ghee etc are all rich in fat content and more than the essential proteins they provide fat percentage is more. So it is advisable to have an optimum amount of milk in our daily food habits.

Soft drinks, one of the favorites for people especially in summer would certainly wipe off the thirst but lead to further damaging of our health. This valid point is more often forgotten by people because of the fantasy these fast foods and soft drinks have created in todays world. The soft drinks do not have any essential nutrients but do provide lost of calories which is very difficult to burn. Hence strictly avoid soft drinks to lead a life along with natural food products .

Avoid artificial sugar as they are made up of some unnecessary at the same time harmful chemicals which just add flavor to our taste buds but certainly not to our health.
