Most people don't drink enough water anyway, and during weight loss water is essential to staying healthy.

To figure out how much water you need, divide your weight by two and drink that many ounces of water a day. Use a diet plan, or just change your diet to include healthy foods- fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, and grains should replace fast food or pre-packaged items. To keep the weight off, you will need to make lifestyle changes like these permanent. Get a good amount of sleep each night.
