As far as weight loss goes there is a fast way to lose weight but it will take a lot of dedication and time in order to complete these steps and truly find a fast way to lose weight.

A great way to start this out is by eating around 6 small meals a day in order to get your metabolism to start raising up, this means more fat getting burned off the body, if you lower the amount that you eat, then you might not lose what you think you will fast. In fact, eating less lowers the metabolism in your body. So basically you are storing that food to be used later. This is not what you want.

You want to be able to burn whatever you take into your body. So if you have a really high calorie and fat intake the odds of burning it all off will be lower than normal.

Find a good tasty diet that works for you and stick with it for a month, and trust me there are very good foods out there to eat that are healthy for your body. It doesn't mean you have to cut out salts and sugars though. One of my favorites is chicken breast with potatoes, and veggies, or all the fish varieties that are out there. Fish is great for a fast way to lose weight mainly because of the nutrition that it has in it.

If you didn't know there are two different types of fats to watch out for, like Saturated fats, and Trans fats. You need to stay away from those to it will turn a fast way to lose weight into the slow way.

The two that you want to keep going in your diet are-

-MONOUNSATURATED FATS lower total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol) while increasing HDL cholesterol (the good cholesterol) These are good fats found in food like olive oil, peanut oil, canola oil and more.

-POLYUNSATURATED FATS also lower total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol. Seafood like salmon and fish oil, this one is mainly in fish and it's great because of the omega 3 and 6.

That is a good thing to keep in mind when trying to find a fast way to lose weight, the saturated fats are the ones you need to stay away from they are the ones that make you not want to move after a meal and go into what I call a food coma.

And the one thing never to leave out EXERCISE!

This is the one that you need to set aside an hour a day minimum to achieve a fast way to lose weight. Any type of cardio or workout routine you might have in mind is the best thing to go along with your dieting plans. Try to keep an elevated heart rate for an hour in order to help burn more off and raise your metabolism. Stick with these guidelines and in no time you will have a body that looks nothing like the old one.
