The best solution for losing weight is to drink plenty of water. Water has the capacity to fill your stomach fast and so if you drink two or three glasses of water prior to your regular meal, you will not over-eat. You can also take several sips of water during your eating so that your intake of food will also come down drastically.

Water has the capacity to remove toxins from your system. Toxins are mainly stored in the fat cells of the body, and so they will increase your weight enormously. If you remove the toxins from the body, the fat cells will become weak, and you can easily reduce your weight.

Instead of eating junk foods, processed foods and oily and spicy foods, you should take a lot of fiber foods. Fiber foods comprising fresh vegetables and fruits, wholesome grains and beans have the ability to fill your stomach fast. They also supply a lot of vitamins and minerals to your body. Since they fill your stomach fast, if you take a lot of salads and fruits prior to your eating your normal food, your intake of this regular food will come down.
