The truth is, many of us don't expect ripped abs and tight pecs, or at least not straight away. We don't want an exhausting regime with all of our leisure time spent pounding on a treadmill. Take The Stairs
Every time you use the elevator you lose the chance for a quick burst of exercise. If you make taking the stairs a rule, think how many steps you'll clock up in a week. No need for that Step class now!
Take The Bus
Unless the bus stop is right outside your home or workplace, you'll have to do some walking. A few minutes to catch the bus, a few more the other end... it all adds up. And to get even more exercise, just get off at an earlier stop walk the rest of the way.
There are endless ways to get more exercise into your life. No monthly payments, no gruelling regime... just a few small changes to your normal life.
