. God intended us to trust Him with the issues and hurts of our own hearts and then to trust Him even more with the issues and hurts of our spouse's heart. In this way, we allow God to heal our hearts first and THEN we trust Him to heal the hurts of our spouse's heart. The miracle is that God does the healing and we do no further damage to our marriage while in the process of healing
