Nutritional Guidelines Are Actually A Recipe For Slow Death


Most of us have gotten our information about nutrition from sources that might not have our best interests at heart. When we consider the nutritional guidelines which we have come to trust and accept we must understand that these guidelines are connected with some very influential organizations such as the meat, dairy and egg industries. Our nutritional guidelines and food pyramids with their 2-3 servings of milk, yogurt, cheese, meat, poultry etc. are very inaccurate when it comes to optimizing our diets for health.

These foods which are connected with huge powerful organizations are also connected with unprecedented rises in cancer rates, heart disease, diabetes, strokes, and other fearful illnesses which have ravaged our great country. These organizations have lobbied (paid off) government for the right to foist on its citizenry a recipe for slow death. They have bombarded us with media to make us believe that dairy products, meat and poultry are necessary for the health of humans. In reality this could not be farther from the truth. Humans not only do not need these foods for health but rather they are the very reason that our country has seen an enormous rise in obesity (even among children), heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.

We are literally killing ourselves as well as torturing animals and using vast stores of natural resources in order to keep these powerful industries rich. There is not one actual good or compelling reason to continue the practice of animal consumption, as unpopular as I am certain this last statement is.

Influential Organizations Have Promoted Misinformation Regarding Healthy Food

These powerful industries have demanded that their products be avidly promoted and championed through every form of advertisement at their disposal until they have literally thrust upon the human race an epidemic. The very fact that many reading this article are at the same time very angry about it, is proof enough to this writer that these same people have been duped. We are a society full of misinformation and full of animal fats that have clogged our arteries and made us the fattest nation on earth. And speaking of the earth there will be more articles to follow about the utter scourge that the meat, poultry and dairy industry has unleashed on our ecology.

Chances are very good that if you are reading this article that you will also meet your fate with a heart attack or some sort of cancer. We have been culturized and traditionalized into a belief system regarding diet that is literally killing us. Again there are no good arguments for eating animal flesh. We have absolutely no nutritional need for any animal products whatsoever. Cholesterol is a killer and cholesterol in the human diet comes from animal foods, and animal foods only. Your body produces all the cholesterol it needs, therefore, you have no necessity whatsoever to consume an animal or any product from that animal. Moreover, you have never sat down to consume an animal or any bi-product from that animal until that innocent has experienced untold suffering. This would be bad even if it were necessary for human health, but tragically the abuse of animals and the ecology, simply for the purpose of providing you with a steak dinner, is actually the very reason you will die a violent death, that is unless you do not consider a heart attack to be violent.

A Plant Based Diet

Please understand that you might very well have many dietary deficiencies such as fiber, antioxidants, carbohydrates, etc., but you do not now nor have you ever had an animal flesh deficiency, whether it be Elsie the cow, or Chuckie the chicken. Everything the human body requires for optimum health grows in the earth. A plant-based diet is not only all you need but exactly what you need. The very energy that your body uses for fuel (carbs and simple sugars) are absolutely lacking in meat. The very fiber that your body needs for optimum colon health is absolutely lacking in meat. Meat consumption cannot be linked with any dietary need in humans but rather the only true link is to remarkable rises in rates of heart disease, cancers of all varieties, diabetes, stroke, and a bevy of other horrible diseases.

The question in my mind is how long will this killing of America be tolerated? We should all find out the truth and then act on it. Unfortunately most will never find out the truth because the truth is buried under the rubble of tradition and mountains of lobby money. The sad statistical fact is that you will probably die a violent death but even sadder is the fact that someone got rich murdering you.
