Exercise to Increase Breast Size

If you decide to try exercises alone to increase your breast size, you will find that breasts may look bigger because of the increased muscles in the chest due to exercising. This is fine for some women who really aren't that concerned with actual breast tissue size. Here are a few exercises that will help lift and firm your breasts.

Push Ups - This is the most effective exercise for lifting and firming the breast area. You may want to start out with women's push ups, which means you will do them from your arms and knees instead of arms and toes. This is an easier and less stressful position when you are first beginning. Do 8 or 10 per day to start. Once these start getting easier, you can add more reps and eventually do them from your toes instead of knees.

Chest Flys - Using 5 to 8 lb. dumb bells, lie flat on your back on the floor. With arms straight out from the shoulders, palms facing up, lift the weight straight up toward ceiling, above your head. Return to starting position and repeat 8 or 10 times. Do 2 or 3 sets of these each day. This helps build the muscles in the center of the chest, giving the look of more cleavage.

Chest exercises as a natural way to increase breast size. There are chest exercises designed to make your breasts larger. Following the exercises religiously will help you enhance your breast size. Bust lifting exercises are one way to work out the pectorals which are the muscles supporting the breast tissues making the breast appear larger, rounded and firm.

Breast Massage

1. Rub your hands together briskly. This will make heat and warm your hands.

2. Place one hand on the outer piece of each breast.

3. Apply firm pressure as you move your hands in a circular motion around your breasts. Circle the outer portion of each breast entirely before moving your hands inward.

4. Rub your breasts as you move toward your nipples. The circles you are making will become smaller as you arrive at the nipples.

5. Reverse directions and move in circular motions away from your nipples. You are tracking the same path but in reverse, working toward your outer breasts.

Increase Breast Size for Yoga

As far as I know, there are no definite Breast enlarge techniques in Yoga. However, the practice of a complete package of Yoga is known to help in overall development of a healthy and shapely physique.

I suggest you try practising all the Yoga poses in the Standing, Sitting, Prone, Supine, Inverted and Balancing positions together with Pranayamas such as Kapalabhati and Anuloma-Viloma.
